Personally Identifiable Information refers to any information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains. This includes, but is not limited to, name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, location, and browser. However, it does not include information that is collected anonymously (without identification of the individual user) or demographic information that is not connected to an identified individual.

What Personally Identifiable Information is collected?

From all of our Visitors, we may collect basic user profile information. Our Authorized Customers may provide us with additional information such as their name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, location, and browser. Additionally, we may collect information about the nature and size of the Authorized Customer's business, as well as the nature and size of the advertising inventory they intend to purchase.

What organizations are collecting the information?

Our third-party service vendors, including credit card companies, clearinghouses, and banks, may collect information from our Visitors and Authorized Customers. This information is related to services such as credit, insurance, and escrow. In addition to the information we collect directly, we request that these vendors disclose how they use the personal information provided to them. While we do not have control over how these third parties use the information, it's worth noting that some of them act only as intermediaries in the distribution chain and do not store, retain, or use the information provided to them.

How does the Site use Personally Identifiable Information?

To customize the Site, make appropriate service offerings, and fulfill buying and selling requests on the Site, we use Personally Identifiable Information. Additionally, we may contact Visitors and Authorized Customers via email about research, purchase and selling opportunities on the Site, or information related to the subject matter of the Site. Furthermore, we may use Personally Identifiable Information to provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with requested information or to respond to specific inquiries.

"Sharing your personal information"

We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission. We do not sell, trade, or rent User’s personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

How is Personally Identifiable Information stored?

Collected by Invisible Traffic System, Personally Identifiable Information is securely stored and not accessible to third parties or employees, except for use as indicated above.

What choices are available to Visitors regarding the collection, use, and distribution of the information?

Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or by contacting us.

These vendors may access certain Personally Identifiable Information on an as-needed basis to evaluate Authorized Customers for eligibility for services. It is important to note that our privacy policy does not extend to cover the collection or use of this information by these vendors.
